So the Thursday night before Halloween it hits me... I have no costumes for my kids!!! I know this sounds like "Bad Mom of the Year" award material, but the reason the costume thing got shelved was because we were going to be off shooting a wedding on Halloween, and the kids were going to be having a fun night at home with Derek's parents. But we decided to go to a little Trunk or Treating fall festival at a local church on the Fri before Halloween... so hence me on Thursday night freakin out a bit.
Well a few friends of mine came to the rescue and let me borrow some things, so we had a little blond Snow White and a Fireman.
Before going to Trunk or Treating (People decorate the backs of their cars and trunks and the kids go trick or treating), we took the kids to a pumpkin patch...Raylee in her costume, Jackson not yet.

Then off to the Church for some more fun. Here is Jackson in his costume... He was a little too wired to get a good pic of him, but you get the idea.
Derek took this shot at night of Jackson and his friends running around. They were little energizer bunnies!!
It was a really fun night spending time with our kiddos, hanging with friends, and eating lots of candy of course! Hope your night was fun too!
